Three Things Government Contractors Should Know About Upcoming Changes To WOSB Certifications

The proposed changes discussed here impact eligibility for set-asides and sole source awards under the SBA's WOSB program and include the elimination of the option to self-certify, a new no-cost option to apply for WOSB certification directly with the SBA, as well as an opportunity for declined applicants to request reconsideration.
